I really love off the shoulder, open shoulder, dolman type tops! I really wish I could wear them year round but they are definitely perfect for the spring time. Here are some really cute colorful ones for spring that I think are adorable:

Cozy Winter Outfit!

Ya know, since it isn't usually cold in most places in the US these days I thought this outfit would be cute and cozy for the weather we are having these days! If you are in any way interested in any of the outfit pieces I added the link to where I found them :)

Avoiding Chapped Lips in the Winter

We all know what chapped lips look and feel like and are definitely unpleasant in all aspects! When winter is coming you know it's the dreaded season for those chapped lips. One of the first ways I start to realize my lips are drying out is that i begin to start licking them...alot! no bueno! If you're a chapped lip offender i'm going to list a few ways for you to avoid your unhealthy habit ;)

1. Protect your lips from weather or other drying elements by applying those infamous chapsticks..any ordinary chapstick will do because the wax in them keeps the weather and things from getting to your actual lip. But, if your lips are already chapped then regular chapsticks will not hydrate your lips so in this case you are going to want to use some type of balm that has vitamin E oil or shea butter, or something of that nature.

2. Do NOT lick your lips! your saliva doesn't help your poor chapped lips unfortunately.

3. So the next tip would be to stay hydrated and drink lots of water; it helps to keep your lips hydrated as well that way you won't be as tempted to lick them!

4. When applying your makeup look for the day make sure that you pick out and use a nice creamy lipstick because if not then most likely the product is going to dry out your lips which leaves them more vulnerable to chapping!

5. Try to not breathe through your mouth...it took me a second to comprehend this one because I was like "dosn't everyone breathe through their nose?" Well anyways then I remembered when it's extremely cold and snowy I like to breathe through my mouth to try to keep my body warmer. So, if you're like me your going to have to get a little bit colder and resort to using your nose. Also cover your face with your scarf or jacket collar to keep the harsh wind away from your pretty face :)
